The location was excellent, with the Pantheon, Forums, and other great sites just a short walk away. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a lovely lobby and comfortable rooms that were cleaned twice daily. The staff were excellent, providing excellent restaurant recommendations and making me feel like part of the family. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay in Rome.

As young families, we loved the homey atmosphere and friendly staff at Umilta 36. The rooms were clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The valet parking was smooth and the streets were spacious. The staff was quick and kind in answering our questions.
We felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

the room, decorated in a modern style, was spacious and had exclusive amenities. the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They fulfilled all my needs and requests promptly and efficiently. the restaurant served the most delicious and beautifully presented dishes. the in-room breakfast was a great start to my day. the venue's bar/lounge area was an amazing spot to relax and enjoy a cocktail. the hotel's private facilities were a fantastic treat. The location advantages of this place were unbeatable as it was situated in the heart of the city, close to the main sights and incredible restaurants. Cons: While the breakfast was delicious, it could take a bit longer for egg dishes and coffee orders to arrive. it's a minor issue that is easy to overlook considering the overall experience.

The hotel offered a complimentary bottle of champagne and a delicious chocolate cake for our New Year celebration. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to all the main attractions and restaurants in the area.
The room was not properly cleaned before our arrival, as we found dust and hair in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was very limited, with only a few options available.

I appreciated the luxurious amenities, including a well-stocked minibar and plush bathrobes. the room advantages were unmatched, with a spacious tub and separate shower. the bar/lounge area was cozy and intimate, perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city. the location advantages were excellent, as the venue was just a short walk from major attractions.
While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, I did encounter one minor issue. the private facilities were not up to par, as there were some missing wall hooks near the shower.
